Location: Miami FL (Onsite 4-5 days per week)
Type: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Lead QA / Testing Coordinator to oversee testing efforts at a program level during a Salesforce and Oracle transition. This role is not about leading QA testers directly but rather coordinating and managing testing across platforms integrations and workflows.

Lead program-level testing efforts for Salesforce and Oracle transitions.

Design execute and manage test cases (manual and automated).

Perform API and integration testing across Salesforce eCommerce and Oracle Cloud.

Oversee testing of customer journey workflows (browse cart checkout payment fulfillment).

Validate Salesforce data migration and downstream Oracle integration (billing invoicing GL).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

Manage test documentation and defect tracking using tools such as Jira TestRail Zephyr or HP ALM.

Strong background in Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Commerce Cloud) and/or Oracle testing.

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud Magento Shopify).

Knowledge of payment gateways OMS inventory workflows subscription billing models cancellations/returns promo pricing taxation and global retail transactions.

Familiarity with ERP workflows (finance supply chain HR modules).

Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica) for data synchronization.

Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales enablement workflows.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to lead testing at a program level.
