Quality Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to develop implement and manage a program-wide Quality Management System supporting a complex multi-year portfolio of consulting operational improvement infrastructure and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
The Quality Lead will establish quality standards coordinate reviews monitor compliance manage corrective actions and ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards. Working closely with project leadership and technical teams this individual will drive a culture of continuous improvement accountability and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan.
- Establish quality standards review procedures and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate quality reviews of deliverables reports and project artifacts.
- Monitor compliance with contract requirements policies and quality standards.
- Track quality findings corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct periodic audits of project controls documentation and deliverables.
- Support risk management and issue resolution activities.
- Prepare quality metrics dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Promote best practices and lessons learned across project teams.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Quality Management Engineering Project Management Public Administration or a related field.
Experience
- 7 years of experience in quality management quality assurance program oversight or compliance.
- Experience supporting large complex multi-stakeholder programs.
- Experience developing and implementing quality management frameworks.
- Experience conducting reviews audits and corrective action processes.
- Experience in consulting government education infrastructure or professional services environments preferred.
Certifications
Preferred
- Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- PMP
