Job Summary
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring quality
- Build candidate pipelines using networking sourcing and market intelligence
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and hiring standards
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Track recruiting metrics hiring progress and talent market trends
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders on hiring projects and workforce planning
- Mentor recruiters and support recruiting process improvements
- Handle complex recruiting activities independently with minimal supervision
Required Skills
- Experience in agency and corporate recruiting
- Strong sourcing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools hiring processes and labor compliance
- Digital/Tech recruiting experience preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
