Main Accountabilities:
- End-to-End Trade Execution Leadership
- Own execution lifecycle from contract validation to final settlement across grains and oilseeds.
- Ensure timely coordination of logistics documentation invoicing and collections aligned with contract terms.
- Volume & Portfolio Management
- Manage a high-volume high-complexity portfolio (30 MMT / 3500 contracts) across multiple geographies and commodities.
- Drive prioritization frameworks to manage peak execution periods and mitigate operational bottlenecks.
- Commercial Interface & Negotiation Cycle
- Act as a key interface with Trading Commercial and Customers on contract negotiations amendments and dispute resolution.
- Support and influence commercial decisions impacting execution feasibility cost and risk exposure.
- Working Capital Optimization
- Drive improvements in BL-to-cash cycle LC realization timelines and receivable/payable efficiency.
- Ensure strict governance on payment terms accruals and cash flow visibility.
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with contractual regulatory sanctions and internal control frameworks (SOX).
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational contractual and financial risks.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage interfaces with Commercial Freight Finance (RTR/MO) Legal and Customers globally.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with strong turnaround on queries deviations and escalations.
- Claims & Dispute Resolution
- Oversee claims handling (quality quantity laytime/demurrage) and support negotiation/closure.
- Drive structured approach to root cause analysis and prevention of recurring issues.
- Strategy & Operating Model Transformation
- Define and execute the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Trade Execution that unifies Bulk/Dry and Container flows optimizes handoffs and standardizes global SOPs/RACI.
- Establish a Bunge Trade Execution Taxonomy & Ontology (process data events controls) designed for eventdriven AIfirst operations and auditready traceability.
- Build a multiyear roadmap (people process data tech) to improve velocity quality and costtoserve; align with Bunges enterprise strategy and GBS model.
- Performance Management & KPIs
- Own and track KPIs including:
- BL-to-clean presentation cycle time
- Exception/NOR turnaround
- Working capital metrics (DSO/DPO)
- Accuracy & compliance metrics
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and develop high-performing teams in a global delivery model.
- Build capability across contract excellence commercial understanding and stakeholder management.
- Manage teams through scale-up migration and transformation environments.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Supply Chain International Trade or related field; MBA preferred
1215 years experience in agri-commodity trade execution / contract management - Proven track record managing large global portfolios and complex execution environments
- Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-border trade setups

- Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup
- Experience in processing of high volumes of transactions
- Experience in workflow tools and document imaging systems
