Were looking for a Training Specialist to deliver high-quality learning experiences for Rent Manager our proprietary property management software this role youll develop and deliver training programs for both customers and employees through virtual classrooms webinars self-paced learning and customized training sessions.
As a Training Specialist youll become an expert in Rent Manager while helping others develop the knowledge and skills they need to successfully use the software.
What Youll Do
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training for customers and employees through webinars virtual classrooms and individual training sessions.
- Develop training materials that clearly explain Rent Manager features workflows and best practices.
- Create hands-on learning activities assessments and exercises that reinforce software knowledge and practical application.
- Learn newly released Rent Manager features and quickly develop training content to support product updates.
- Build and maintain training environments and sample databases used during customer and employee training.
- Collaborate with Product Support Customer Success Implementation Development and other departments to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Create self-paced eLearning courses and training videos using instructional design and multimedia tools.
- Continuously improve training materials based on customer feedback learner outcomes and product enhancements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by answering questions and providing guidance related to Rent Manager functionality during training sessions.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Rent Manager University and other learning resources.
What Youll Learn
Youll develop expertise in Rent Manager software functionality product management workflows adult learning principles virtual and instructor-led training techniques curriculum development eLearning content creating customer education and enablement presentation and facilitation skills and multimedia production.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching coaching and helping others learn.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear engaging and approachable manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn new software features and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences.
Nice to Have
- Bachelors degree in education instructional design communications information technology business or related field.
- Prior experience delivering software training technical training or customer education.
- Experience developing eLearning courses and instructional materials.
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or eLearning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Camtasia Snagit Audacity Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Experience presenting to groups of varying sizes and technical skill levels.
- Prior Rent Manager SaaS property management or accounting software experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design curriculum development or training evaluation.
