Job Title-Integration Specialist - Web Content

Job Type- contract Remote

Skills/Experience

• Bachelors degree in communications Marketing English or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in web content publishing digital content or CMS-driven environments
• Experience working within a CMS (e.g. WordPress or similar) using structured templates and components
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear concise user-focused content
• Experience applying accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA / 2.2 AA) in content creation
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals including metadata headings and internal linking
• Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and/or AIO (AI Optimization) as it relates to improving visibility within AI search engines Large Language Model (LLM) training datasets and AI-powered conversational answer engines.
• Ability to follow and apply established content standards taxonomy and governance models
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including UX Marketing and IT teams in a structured delivery environment
• Basic experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume content updates across multiple sites
• Experience working with tools such as Figma and Slickplan to interpret page structures workflows and content organization
• Experience working in higher education or similarly complex decentralized organizations preferred
