Job Summary Seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition assessment counseling and care planning for patients in a healthcare setting. The role involves working with clinical teams to support patient recovery through individualized diet plans and nutritional guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients nutritional needs and dietary status
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
Monitor food and medication interactions
Collect dietary history and patient preferences
Review lab results and clinical data for nutrition planning
Provide nutrition education to patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare team for diet modifications
Update patient menus based on clinical needs
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Dietetics Nutrition or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a healthcare team environment
Knowledge of nutrition care standards and guidelines
