Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system
Route calls accurately and professionally to appropriate staff members
Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a welcoming office environment
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area
Provide administrative support including scanning filing and mail handling
Assist with office communication and front-desk coordination
Support daily operations within a fast-paced legal office environment
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience handling a multi-line phone system
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and polished phone presence
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
