Job Summary

Pharma IT Program Manager (ERP) needs strong pharmaceutical background with 10 years experience

IT Program Manager (EDS) requires:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Finance or a related field
PMP (or similar certification) and has a proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs.
Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar) and leading large-scale programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
Requires close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope schedule and resourcing.

IT Program Manager (EDS) duties:

Lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes.
Owns roadmap development program delivery and governance and execution.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles ensuring alignment with finance operating models regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.
Manage program scope communicating risks and mitigation plans and providing regular updates to IT and finance stakeholders.
