As part of our continued growth in North America we are looking for experienced Construction Managers to support utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States.

Construction Manager Utility Scale Solar
Location: United States (project-based)
Travel Required: Yes
Job Summary
The Construction Manager will act as the Owners Representative on site overseeing construction activities on behalf of our clients to ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and in accordance with contractual technical and quality requirements.
This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and extensive experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the client during all construction phases.
Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor construction progress against schedule and budget.
Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with engineering procurement commissioning and project management teams.
Lead site meetings and prepare progress reports.
Review RFIs NCRs punch lists and technical documentation.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with local authorities utilities inspectors and stakeholders when required.
Support project close-out and handover activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Construction Manager Site Manager Owners Representative or similar.
Proven experience in utility-scale solar PV projects.
Experience managing EPC contractors.
Strong understanding of civil mechanical and electrical construction activities.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel extensively within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
High Voltage Substations
Transmission or Interconnection facilities
Owners Engineering environments
OSHA 30 Certification
Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Experience working with developers IPPs or owners representatives
