Tasks

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of money transfer services.
• Coordinate with over 1000 agent locations across the USA and ensure seamless communication and operation with the payer network in Latin America.
• Oversee the logistics of financial transactions to over 100 financial institutions retail chains convenience stores and pharmacies.
• Analyze and improve logistical processes related to pinless top-ups cellular top-ups and international bill payments.
• Manage and lead logistics team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of services across more than 25000 locations in Mexico Central and South America.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management preferably within the financial services or money transfer industry.
• Strong understanding of international logistics and regulatory compliance particularly with respect to Latin American countries.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
