Seeking an experienced Manager Actuarial Support Analyst to lead a team supporting rate development regulatory filings and cross-functional analytics initiatives within a growing property and casualty insurance organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in actuarial support product development or insurance operations who enjoys leading teams managing projects and collaborating across departments to drive successful implementation and execution.

• Lead and coordinate a team of actuarial support analysts supporting product and actuarial functions.
• Oversee rate table development regulatory filings and supporting documentation.
• Partner with product actuarial and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely accurate delivery of key initiatives.
• Provide coaching guidance and performance management for team members.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of insurance products and rating structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

• 5 years of experience in insurance actuarial support product management or product development.
• Strong understanding of insurance rate development and product structures.
• Experience collaborating across product actuarial and technology teams.
• Strong communication organizational and project management skills.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Progress toward actuarial credentialing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary Range: $100000 - $145000 annually.
