In House Electrician

• Perform residential electrical repairs installations upgrades and troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe code-compliant solutions
• Install replace and repair outlets switches lighting breakers panels and wiring
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and project specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local state and national electrical codes
• Coordinate with Project Managers Construction Technicians and Restoration Teams to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
• Keep company vehicles tools and job sites clean organized and professional
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses
• Assist with other construction-related tasks when needed

• Experience performing residential electrical work
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems wiring methods and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience
• Basic plumbing experience
• Experience in restoration remodeling or residential construction
• Ability to perform multiple skilled trades is a plus
