Java Developer Bilingual in Korean

Lead the VPC application development and system operations team providing technical guidance and day-to-day team management.
Manage vehicle tracking and inventory systems ensuring accurate monitoring of vehicle status and location throughout the processing lifecycle.
Maintain and support data integration across manufacturing plants logistics providers dealerships and related enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain workflow automation for vehicle inspection customization quality control and operational processes.
Perform system maintenance software upgrades troubleshooting and performance optimization to ensure stable operations.
Provide end-user technical support issue resolution and user training.
Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

5 years of software development and application support experience.
Previous experience serving as a Development Lead Technical Lead or Team Lead with people management responsibilities.
Strong experience with Java Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
Experience with iBATIS/MyBatis.
Experience developing and supporting Oracle Database applications.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Excellent troubleshooting communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting logistics manufacturing automotive or warehouse management systems.
Experience working with enterprise applications integrated with ERP MES or logistics platforms.
Familiarity with vehicle processing inventory management or supply chain operations.
Experience developing operational reports and data analysis tools.
