- Works on curriculum audits in the center
- Conducts classroom observations evaluations and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
- Manages team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards;
- Uses a growth mindset to train coach and develop for the future
- Listens objectively to employee concerns and plans a recommended course of action
- Builds and communicates weekly schedules
- Daily management of classroom ratios
- Manages the teachers and their curriculum training needs
- Builds and communicates center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact and labor is effectively managed to budget.
- Support administration of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) ensuring compliance with program requirements
- Assist with office tasks including filing and organization
- Support daily operations and help maintain a welcoming environment.
- Classroom Support
- Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day
- Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods
- Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus
- Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children..
