• Build and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) including insurance agents property managers adjusters plumbers facilities managers and other referral sources
• Conduct daily field visits to COIs throughout the Kalispell and Flathead Valley area
• Host Lunch and Learn events to educate referral partners about PuroCleans services
• Attend networking events Chamber of Commerce meetings and industry association events
• Qualify prospects and develop a personalized route and sales activity plan
• Track and document all COI interactions and referral activity
• Work toward monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets

• Base salary
• Tiered commission structure based on referred revenue generated
• Quarterly performance bonuses available

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Coachable and eager to learn our systems and processes
• Sales or customer service background preferred but not required
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency for reporting and communication
