About the Role
Join Itec as aTraining Coordinatorand play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial and government-funded training programmes. Youll support the coordination of open courses and bespoke group training working closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience while contributing to business growth.
Were looking for someone who bringsenthusiasm a positive mindset and a can-do attitude taking pride in delivering excellent service and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate training courses from enquiry through to delivery
- Act as a main point of contact for clients and Associate Trainers
- Manage bookings course logistics and delegate communications
- Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and reports
- Support the Sales team by identifying leads and new opportunities
- Prepare and issue invoices track payments and support financial processes
- Collate feedback and help improve future training delivery
- Work with marketing to promote upcoming courses
What Were Looking For
- Experience in acustomer-facing sales or training environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience usingCRM systems
- Confident IT skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to work in atarget-driven fast-paced environment
- A proactiveenthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude
