Support Engineer
Cardiff - Hybrid (3 days in office)

Looking to build a career in tech rather than stay on a service desk
Were working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff hiring 3 Support Engineers. Its a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud with full training provided.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP SIP)
- Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end
- Supporting customers via phone email and ticketing system
- Learning platforms call systems and integrations
What theyre looking for:
- IT support service desk OR strong customer service interest in tech
- Good problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator
- Keen to learn and progress
