We are looking for The Delivery Operations Manager Major Projects (DOM MP) is responsible for leading the safe high-quality and profitable executionof large and complex elevator and escalator projects. The role ensures on-time delivery customer satisfaction and business performance while driving operational excellence risk control and team competence within the major projects segment

What will you do

• Ensure Safety and Qualityare fully embedded across all major project operations.
• Manage the end-to-end deliveryof large-scale and technically complex projects ensuring adherence to schedule budget and scope.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations teamof Project Managers Engineers and Supervisors.
• Oversee installation capacity subcontractor performance and resource optimizationto meet project milestones.
• Drive proactive financial controlby monitoring CM2 cost-to-complete and project profitability; take early corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviewsto ensure compliance with KONE installation standards and Lean principles.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Engineering Sourcing and Serviceto ensure seamless project execution and handover.
• Manage client relationships contractual obligations and escalations ensuring professional communication and issue resolution.
• Promote continuous improvement standardization of best practices and productivity enhancement across all major projects.
• Support business planning forecasting and portfolio performance reportingto management.

Are you the one

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering.

• 10 yearsof experience in project management or operations within the elevator and escalator industry including at least 5 years handling major or complex projects.

• Proven track record in managing large teams budgets and subcontractorson high-value construction projects.

• Strong commercial awareness and cost management capability.

• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvementprinciples is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
