Role Summary:DaVita is seeking aDialysis ExperiencedRegistered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis this roleyoullprovide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.

Requirements

• 12 months RN experienceincluding 6 monthsDialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year

• Current RN license and CPR certification

• Charge RN readiness approval

• ADN; BSN preferred

• ICU ER or Med/Surg experience preferred

• CNN/CDN certification a plus

• Basic computer skills (MS Word Outlook)

• Consistent predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings evenings rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans andmonitoroutcomes

• Supervise clinical staff including PCTs

• Ensure safe compassionate dialysis delivery

• Build long-term relationships with patients and families

• Work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
