What Youll Do
- Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and our network of lender partners
- Present F&I products service contracts GAP prepaid maintenance and protection plans with a consistent transparent menu-based approach
- Maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Ensure full compliance with all federal state and manufacturer regulations
- Submit clean fundable deals and manage timely funding
- Partner with the Sales team to deliver a seamless premium client experience
- Track key metrics and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth
What Were Looking For
- Proven F&I production in an automotive dealership (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong menu selling skills and solid product penetration
- Excellent lender relationships and deal-structuring ability
- Working knowledge of F&I compliance (Safeguards Rule OFAC Red Flags Truth in Lending)
- Proficiency with CDK DealerTrack and Darwin
- A professional presence that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
