We offer a competitive salary range of $65000 - $74000 annually along with a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food quality and service
Lead and inspire a team of staff fostering a positive work environment
Oversee hiring training and performance management of employees
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
Manage inventory ordering and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor financial performance and drive profitability
Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss management
Experience with health-conscious or fast-casual dining concepts is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
