Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss management
Experience with health-conscious or fast-casual dining concepts is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
