Dp Derm is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute revenue-driven marketing initiatives across digital DTC and event channels. This is a highly visible on-site role based in our Miami headquarters responsible for owning marketing performance driving customer acquisition and optimizing the full customer journey.
This role goes beyond executionyou will own strategy performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and is highly proficient in modern marketing tools including AI-driven platforms to improve efficiency scale content and drive measurable ROI.

OBJECTIVES
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital DTC and event channels driving measurable revenue growth
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Google TikTok etc.) with accountability for ROAS CAC and conversion rates
Build and improve end-to-end customer journeys including funnels landing pages and lifecycle marketing
Lead content and influencer strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and revenue impact
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance content creation campaign performance and operational efficiency
Analyze marketing data and performance translating insights into clear actionable improvements
Manage external vendors freelancers and agency partners to ensure high-quality execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Leadership to align marketing efforts with company growth goals
Own event marketing strategy and track ROI including lead generation and revenue contribution
Manage marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance and return on investment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

46 years of marketing experience with exposure to performance or growth marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media email and social
Experience analyzing data and making performance-driven decisions
Experience working with platforms such as Shopify Google Analytics CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and paid media platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication organization and leadership skills
Experience in aesthetics beauty wellness or medical devices is a plus
Must be able to work on-site in our Miami headquarters
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation: $80k - $95k/year
