How youll be part of the action
Reporting to the Rewards Program Manager this role is at the centre of a high-impact program across 3600 venues. Youll drive execution ensure accuracy and keep everything running seamlessly while working closely with sales teams and venue partners nationwide.
- Coordinate end-to-end rewards redemption across ticketing experiences and promotional programs
- Create and optimise processes to improve efficiency consistency and scalability
- Maintain precise records and reporting aligned with strict compliance standards
- Partner with sales representatives and venues to resolve inquiries and issues quickly
- Drive engagement by supporting promotion of the rewards program to venues
- Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth program delivery
What youll need to succeed
Youre an organised energetic coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments where accuracy matters. You bring strong administration capability a proactive mindset and the personality to build great relationships while managing high volumes of detailed work.
- Experienced in events management with strong coordination and delivery capability
- Proven ability to manage detailed administrative tasks with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with disciplined record-keeping and organisation
- Ability to use project management or customer systems effectively
- Confident communicator who builds relationships with sales teams and venues
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and takes action early
