• Progress through a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to provide hands-on experience across all business functions
• Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics: Learn our product portfolio supply chain operations and understand how products move from vendor to customer while supporting all levels of sales operations
• Phase 2 - Operations: Gain exposure to customer service counter sales order management inventory controls pricing strategies credit management and financial statement analysis
• Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management: Transition from customer support to managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management: Develop new business opportunities execute sales strategies negotiate contracts and cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Phase 5 - Career Path Development: Leverage your comprehensive training to determine and pursue your ideal career trajectory within the organization
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities across diverse business scenarios
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support organizational goals
• Take initiative in learning and applying new skills in real-world business contexts

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Additional Information :

Salary - $50000 - $60000 / Bi-Weekly Pay
