Front Desk Representative

• Greet and assist families in person over the phone and via email/text
• Educate families on Goldfish programs scheduling and enrollment options
• Complete registration billing tasks and daily reports accurately
• Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
• Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication organization customer service skills and reliability
• Must be comfortable working with computers and web-based systems
• Able to learn new technology quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms
• Sales customer service childcare or hospitality experience preferred
• Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification required as part of the role

• Paid training provided
• Lifeguard certification is required while employed
  • Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment
  • You are paid for training time
