Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer for a contract engagement to design build and support Workday Extend solutions and integrations. This role will focus on hands-on development and delivery while working closely with business stakeholders throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and enhance Workday Extend applications based on business requirements
Build support and troubleshoot integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- APIs
- EIB
- XML
- XSLT
Develop and maintain Workday Reports
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Participate in the complete SDLC including:
- Design
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment
- Support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications and integrations
Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Workday Extend Development
Hands-on expertise with:
- Workday Studio
- Workday APIs
- EIB
- XML
- XSLT
Experience in developing and maintaining Workday Reports
Good understanding of Workday integrations and architecture
Experience working across the full SDLC
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
