Technical Support Analyst (Omnia CS)

We are looking for experienced Technical Support Analysts to join our Finance & Accounting support team in Mumbai or Bangalore.

In this role you will provide advanced technical and application support to clients while troubleshooting complex deployment ETL SQL and environmental issues. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and operational excellence.

This position requires strong analytical thinking technical troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to independently manage high-complexity support scenarios.

You will:

• Provide L2 technical support for client applications deployments and production environments.
• Troubleshoot ETL SQL application and infrastructure-related issues across client environments.
• Guide key clients through deployment and environmental troubleshooting within their network environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients vendors and business teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist associate and intermediate analysts with technical guidance mentoring and training.
• Contribute to work prioritization stakeholder communication and successful delivery of support tasks.
• Support business development initiatives including pre-sales activities and RFP responses.
• Stay updated on industry trends product enhancements and best practices.
