Platform Support Analyst
Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities -
- Provide Adobe Workfront platform support to the agreed SLAs leveraging the support resources internally and with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
- Proactively monitor & maintain the Workfront system components to ensure quality & performance is consistently high for our end-users.
- Provide support on user managements future deployments product releases and new configuration upgrades to the Adobe Workfront platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support operations consistently meet evolving organizational needs.
- Ensure application support documentation is maintained and stored in a central repository.
- Work across the teams peers and vendors to help continue the development of a Continuous Improvement ethos making the support services we provide best in class with a proactive approach.
Experience and Skills and Knowledge
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles methodologies and issue resolution techniques.
- Experience in Workfront a SaaS platform for Project Management Resource Management Time Management and also in Service Now or similar ticketing tools.
- Knowledge and ability to interrogate code and configs to fix issues.
- Experience supporting global applications/platforms.
- Strong delivery focus and passion for quality and innovation.
- Problem-Solver and solutions-orientated.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong vibrant inter-personal skills in both a group and one-to-one settings.
