Job Title: System Development Lead PowerDrive Systems

Experience: 10 to 12 years of work experience in automotive electronics power electronics/drives or system engineer.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/ Mechanical Discipline

Location: Bengaluru IPEC India

Key Responsibility:

Lead system development of automove electrificaon products such as inverters e-Drive systems onboard chargers and electronic controllers.

Drive system development acvies across all phases of the V-development lifecycle from stakeholder requirements to producon handover.

Plan and manage system development by tailoring established processes to project-specific needs and priories.

Define and execute system release plans including scope deliverables and work product mapping to stakeholder requirements.

Lead and coordinate cross-funconal and mul-site global teams ensuring adherence to project schedules and resource forecasts.

Share accountability for issue resoluon related to system releases and customer-reported concerns using structured problem-solving techniques.

Coach and mentor HW SW and Systems engineering teams enabling them with the right plaorms technical insights and cross-team connecons.

Support customer-facing technical discussions issue resoluon and engineering status reporng.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 10 years of experience in automove system design and development.

Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and V-Model development methodology.

Experience working in ASPICE-based (or similar) process-driven environments.

Hands-on experience with system development aligned to industry standards such as ISO 26262 ISO 21434 and ASPICE.

Familiarity with project planning and task management tools such as MS Project Jira IBM Raonal RTC or Polarion.

Proven technical leadership experience in new product development and product launches.

Exposure to Agile CMM SPICE ISO/TS 16949 methodologies.

Ability to comprehend microcontroller-based hardware and associated schemacs.

Strong collaboraon communicaon and stakeholder management skills.
