Engineer Shift System

Job Introduction:

Deep and comprehensive understanding of the function of synchronizer and shifting system in terms of specification manufacturing and assembly details. Example of a work items: deviation quality robustness.

Major Responsibilities:

• Design (3D 2D materials ...)

• Integration - (project meetings change management FMEA requirements management interface definition

• Drawings - create and update drawings for change management and new design

• Calculation & Simulation - calculations performed by component engineers

• Plant &Supplier - collaboration in terms of manufacturing process and deviations quality and robustness

Skills and competencies:

• Modify drawings according to instructions

• Derive drawings from existing designs in CAD.

• Create and implement design concepts in CAD

• Perform calculations related to strength fatigue robustness and tolerance analysis

Educational Qualifications:

University degree in mechanical engineering mechatronics physics or similar domain with a specialization in mechanical or electrical systems.

Work experience:

3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.

Tools knowledge:

• Catia

• MS-Office Excel PPT

• Simulation tool for strength calculation
