Where is the work:

What will you do:

You will be responsible for commissioning servicing and supporting chiller and HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:

Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.
Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for manpower deployment and parts requirements.
Leading weekly team meetings focused on safety site audits and pending work.
Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with the monthly plan.
Handling service requirements and complaints for all chiller models and low-side systems as per guidelines.
Performing timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per company SOP.
Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.
Ensuring full adherence to Trane EHS guidelines.
Managing customer service requirements professionally and efficiently.
Generating leads during service interactions.
Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of service tasks.
Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM.
Sharing service reports with the deployer including required parts.
Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.
Following all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation warranty work and AMC services.
Using MS Office email and internet tools effectively for daily reporting and documentation.

Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems.
Hands-on experience in chiller servicing installation warranty tasks and AMC support.
Ability to handle customer interactions and service requests effectively.
Working knowledge of MS Office email tools and internet-based systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong commitment to EHS standards and quality execution.
