| Job Purpose | This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. Define and implement QA strategy test plans test cases and test automation frameworks. Drive end-to-end testing activities including Functional Integration Regression System UAT and Performance Testing. Review business and functional requirements to identify test scope risks and quality objectives. Develop and maintain Playwright automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript. Write and maintain feature files and step definitions using Cucumber BDD. Execute functional regression smoke and end-to-end testing. Create and manage test cases in Azure DevOps Test Plans. Log track and validate defects using Azure DevOps Boards. Generate test execution and defect reports. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | 5-8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a team lead role. Strong experience in Test Management Test Strategy and Test Planning. Hands-on experience in Test Automation using Playwright Selenium Cypress or similar tools. Experience with API Testing tools such as Postman Rest Assured or equivalent. Strong understanding of SDLC STLC Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps Jira or similar ALM/Test Management tools. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. Experience in automation framework design and implementation. Strong defect management risk assessment and quality governance skills. Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in Banking Financial Services CRM Loan Origination or Enterprise Applications will be preferred. |
