Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in release and defect management in a dynamic and innovative environment. Youll work alongside collaborative detail-oriented and supportive teammates.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of releases and effective defect management across multiple streams. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as QA Development Business and Change Management teams) lead defect triage sessions and coordinate software releases among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of overseeing the defect lifecycle and ensuring release readiness but also drive process adoption and compliance across cross-functional teams.

Overseeing and managing the complete defect lifecycle from identification to closure.
Collaborating with teams to drive defect triage sessions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Tracking analyzing and reporting defect metrics trends and KPIs to stakeholders.
Planning coordinating and executing software releases across various environments.
Ensuring compliance with Change Management processes and organizational governance requirements.
Leading process adoption initiatives and maintaining alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
7 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Release Management Defect Management or Change Management roles.
Experience or understanding of SDLC Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of Change Management processes and industry-standard practices.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for change incident and problem tracking.
An ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is preferred.
Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
