KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries professionally
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned targets
Requirements
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
13 years of experience in Voice Process / BPO
Inbound or Outbound calling experience
Upselling / Cross-selling experience is mandatory
Excellent customer handling skills
Strong communication skills
English Hindi Bengali all 3 languages mandatory
Stable work history is required
Domestic or International BPO experience accepted
Immediate Joiners only
Willing to work from office
