We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on professional with strong experience to build scale and monetize TTBSs Cloud Communication portfolio including CPaaS (API-led communication platform) and CCaaS (Cloud Contact Center) solutions enabling Indian businesses to accelerate their digital transformation journey
Key Role Deliverables
Revenue and P&L Owner for CCaaS CPaaS and AI based solutions
Launch of New Cloud based service portfolio - CCaaS CPaaS Omni channel
Design GTM strategies aligned with TTBSs SME enterprise sales engine
Enable large field sales teams and channel partners (1000 partner ecosystem)
Work with Platform Partners or alliance for new product along with his team.
Product Marketing Competition Benchmarking and Lead Generation Plan
Lead team of Product Managers to drive business for Cloud Communication portfolio
Design Campaigns along with Marketing to generate business for new products
Align product roadmap with TTBS vision of trusted digital partner for SMEs
Identify growth opportunities in mid-market & enterprise segments
Clearly articulates product vision roadmap and value proposition
Comfortable with rapid changes and ambiguity
