Job Summary
Job Title: MRP Engineer MCS (Merino Control Solutions)
- Convert approved GA drawings into production-ready drawings and PDOCs.
- Create and manage accurate BOMs for manufacturing.
- Ensure material planning and production readiness.
- Coordinate with Design Production Procurement and NPD teams.
- Support manufacturing processes and resolve BOM/drawing-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with standard design and modular assembly practices.
- Diploma / in Mechanical Production Furniture Design Interior Design or related field.
Experience in furniture/interior manufacturing with strong expertise in sheet metal fabrication production design and BOM management. Able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production execution.

CTC: Up to 12 LPA Department: MCS (Merino Control Solutions) Reporting To: Plant Head / CRDM Role Purpose Responsible for converting approved GA drawings into production-ready documentation (PDOCs) ensuring accurate BOM creation material planning and manufacturing readiness for Console and Interior projects. Key Responsibilities Convert approved GA drawings into detailed shopfloor-ready PDOCs (part & assembly level). Generate and validate production BOMs aligned with GA drawings and PDOCs. Ensure strict adherence to standard libraries and modular design practices. Define assembly logic hardware mapping and material specifications. Coordinate with Design NPD Production and Procurement teams to resolve gaps. Release complete and error-free manufacturing documentation. Support production planning sequencing and material readiness. Conduct RCA/CAPA for recurring drawing and BOM-related issues. Requirements Qualification: Diploma / in Mechanical Production Interior Furniture Design or related field Experience: 47 Years Required Skills Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and modular assemblies. Experience in production detailing and BOM management. Understanding of manufacturing processes and material planning. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and production environments.
