In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design develop and implement global learning and development programs that support manufacturing operations and strategic business goals
- Align training initiatives with objectives related to safety quality productivity and performance improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess capability needs and identify skill gaps across manufacturing teams
- Develop targeted learning solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and employee development
- Partner with regional and local teams to adapt global programs to local operational needs while maintaining alignment with company standards
- Continuously evaluate learning program effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and performance data
- Promote a culture of continuous learning engagement and professional growth across all manufacturing locations
- Measure and report program impact using key performance indicators such as productivity quality improvements safety metrics and employee engagement
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on program outcomes

For This Role You Will Need:
- Degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in learning and development within manufacturing or operational environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including safety quality and performance practices
- Experience designing and delivering training programs that support operational improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) e-learning tools and training evaluation methods
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in global organizations and adapting learning strategies to regional requirements
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or similar operational excellence frameworks
- Advanced expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Experience using data and analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive improvement
