About the Role
As a Business Development Manager HPE you will be responsible for growing the HPE business in Hungary. Working closely with HPE partners and internal teams you will develop business opportunities support partner engagement and drive sales growth across the HPE portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development partner management and strategic sales and wants to play an active role in expanding a leading software portfolio within the Hungarian market.
What Youll Do
Develop and execute business growth plans for the HPE portfolio in Hungary.
Build and manage relationships with HPE partners resellers and key customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
Support partners with solution positioning sales activities and business planning.
Collaborate with sales marketing and technical teams to increase market awareness and demand.
Monitor pipeline revenue and business performance to achieve growth targets.
What Were Looking For
Experience in business development sales channel management or partner management within the IT industry.
Knowledge of networking products (especially Juniper and Aruba) and HPE hardware products
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with sales targets forecasts and business plans.
Fluent Hungarian and English.
