Customer Service Intern

Tasks:

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the dynamics of international business Join us at Tianshi GmbH as a Customer Service Intern and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and globally connected environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to Tianshis networks across Europe via online and offline channels
• Organize prepare and actively participate in events meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and English in both written and spoken
• strong communication and Excel skills
• excellent online/offline marketing skills
• Active motivated team player; able to work independently
• PC skills with the MS Office package
