We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of a luxury internationally branded hotel in Sofia Bulgaria.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotel management and successful pre-opening experience.

Eligibility: European citizen or legally eligible to work within the European Union
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Hotel General Manager in a luxury hotel environment
- Proven pre-opening experience with an internationally branded hotel
- Strong leadership financial commercial and operational management skills
- Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding guest experiences and business results
- European citizen or legally eligible to work within the European Union
- Excellent English communication skills
