The Experience Youll Create:
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Warehouse production process. The Warehouse Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate the efforts of the warehouse personnel.
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3 PM

- Actively engage in the selection training development and leadership of the team.
- Step in as a working manager leading by example.
- Plan organize direct coordinate and delegate responsibility to ensure goals and objectives are met daily.
- Assist in the ongoing creation and execution of the company vision.
- Consistently demonstrate positive leadership characteristics that inspire employees to meet and exceed metrics set by operational leadership team.
- Ensure that all events are loaded completely and sent out as scheduled as well as all warehouse assets are properly tracked and maintained.
- Ensure proper staffing and daily tasks are completed.
- Oversee timelines for set up production and breakdown.
- Adjust product picking schedule based upon teams picking speed and overtime needed to complete scheduled work.
- Propose and implement new methods to improve the efficiency of accurate information and execution as well as ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide timely status of work completion and proactively raise issues before they escalate.
- Enforce all company policies within the employee handbook. Proper uniform monitor breaks and personal cell phone usage etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ingredients for Thriving:
- Bachelors degree in business management or hospitality management. Equivalent work experience in the industry is acceptable.
- 2 years in warehouse operations maintenance customer service quality assurance experience required.
Location(s) & Logistics:
- The physical demands for this position are sit stand bend lift and move intermittently during working hours.
