Summary of Job:

The Warehouse Specialist - Finished Goods plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products within a solar manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for receiving storing organizing and distributing materials components and finished products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Must-have/Required skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders
• Ability to accurately label and store materials while maintaining inventory records
• Ability to conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Ability to prepare materials and products for shipment including picking packing labeling and palletizing
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks and material-handling machinery safely and efficiently
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Ability to coordinate with production procurement and logistics teams
• Ability to follow company policies OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures dust and noise levels
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed

Nice-to-have skills:

• Additional certifications in logistics supply chain or warehouse management are a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting shipping and distribution operations
• Experience participating in safety training and emergency response drills

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Accurately label and store materials in designated locations while maintaining clear and orderly inventory records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
• Prepare materials and products for shipment including picking packing labeling and palletizing.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers or distribution centers.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks and other material-handling machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse adhering to safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with production procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery to support manufacturing schedules.
• Report damaged or defective materials to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Follow company policies OSHA regulations and safety guidelines to create a secure work environment.
• Participate in safety training and emergency response drills.
• Support the efficient flow of materials and products within the manufacturing facility.
• Receive store organize and distribute materials components and finished products.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
