Vice President

Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA Classification: Exempt

Salary: $71034-$103000

Summary of Position: The Vice President is responsible for the overall development and administration of the programs in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Coverage area - Delaware County (Delco) Philadelphia Delaware and New JerseyThis includes the provision of participant services personnel management and budget management. The Vice-President is responsible for the continued development of the agency quality quality improvement and to carry-out the mission of Youth Advocate Programs Inc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Masters degree preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff.
• Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services community reintegration/re-entry and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge.
• Preferred experience in a senior leadership role overseeing and managing budgets financials and operational outcomes over multiple programs and regions.
• Experience working with state agencies county governments managed care school districts and other funding and referral sources is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems; Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
• Position requires reliable insured transportation current auto insurance coverage and valid drivers license.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) speaking is a plus.
• TRAVEL REQUIRED; Position is based in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Will be required to travel through assigned area.
