Must Have Skills:
Strong telemetry background: SNMP traps & polling EMS/NMS.
Solid understanding of technical architecture & data flows.
Streaming data expertise (Kafka).
Proficient in optimized Splunk/ELK queries.
Experience in Netscout nGeniusOne ability to create & support dashboards
Onboard new services and verticals to Netscout
Exceptional troubleshooting and prior operations experience.
Ability to translate data into actionable telemetry/alerts.
Working knowledge of AIOps/MLOps concepts.
SQL and time series DB experience.
Python scripting/automation.

Detailed Job Description:
Define and evolve telemetry architecture: SNMP traps/polling EMS/NMS integration data models and end to end data flow.
Build and operate streaming pipelines (Kafka) and time series stores; ensure data quality performance and reliability.
Develop optimized Splunk/ELK searches dashboards alerts and correlation logic for real time insights.
Lead deep production troubleshooting and partner with Operations/SRE for incident resolution and runbook improvements.
Advance AIOps/MLOps use cases (anomaly detection noise reduction auto remediation) with measurable KPIs.
