Job Summary
We are hiring for a client in the social banking and digital wallet industry driving innovation in consumer finance across emerging markets. The product focuses on building a joint virtual banking and cryptocurrency wallet platform enabling users around the world to move seamlessly within a unified financial ecosystem with secure transactions accessibility and meaningful financial inclusion.
Our client is a well-funded senior-only team based in San Francisco led by founders with successful exits and supported by large global distribution partners. These roles offer high cash compensation and the chance to make an immediate Day 1 impact on a rapidly scaling product shaping the future of global consumer finance.
Backend serves a REST API that powers our iOS Android and Web frontends. We are integrating with cryptocurrency wallet and banking service providers among other services for auth ledger payment rails etc.
This is a financial services application with significant complexity handling real money at scale internationally.
Experience generally across the backend: working with Postgres Redis AWS etc.
You might be an especially good fit if you have a Full-stack engineering skillset with ability to flex across other parts of the stack

Earn USD $6000 for every successful candidate placement.
Payment Schedule
Candidate completes 30 days of employment USD $2000 paid on the 35th day.
Candidate completes 60 days of employment USD $2000 paid on the 65th day.
Candidate completes 90 days of employment USD $2000 paid on the 95th day.
Total Potential Earnings: USD $6000.
Payment Terms
Payments will be released only after Sadient receives the corresponding milestone payment from the client. The candidate must remain actively employed through each milestone (30 60 and 90 days). If the candidate leaves before completing any milestone payment for that milestone and all subsequent milestones will not be payable. No fee is payable if the candidate does not join the client.
Sourcing Partner Responsibilities
Submit only qualified interested and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit availability and interest. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Review the complete Job Description before submitting candidates.
