Technical Revenue Operations Analyst

The Opportunity

What youll Do

• Optimize the CLM platform maintaining system enhancements workflows and stakeholder issues.

• Help to coordinate the CPQ platform managing product catalogs system rules and enhancements.

• Build and maintain system integrations to ensure data integrity across CLM CPQ CRM and ERP systems.

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide pipeline and revenue visibility.

• Lead process improvement workshops and build training materials for collaborators.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and ensure compliance with pricing policies.

What you need to succeed

• 35 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.

• 2 years hands-on experience with CLM and CPQ platforms.

• Proficiency in D365/Salesforce CRM.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in business English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ERP integration in a quote-to-cash context.

• CLM Qualification CPQ Specialist or Advanced Administrator certification.

• Experience supporting SaaS subscription or usage-based pricing models.

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
