Client: Established full-service roofing and exterior contractor serving Northeast Ohio for over a decade across both commercial and residential work. A fully certified contractor holding multiple leading manufacturer certifications with a strong local reputation and a fast-growing commercial division that offers genuine room to progress.

Job Info: Survey low-slope roofs across Northeast Ohio to investigate leaks assess condition and identify repair restoration and replacement work on both commercial and residential roofs. Complete measurements and takeoffs carry out minor on-site repairs for added commission and load scopes into the CRM and estimating software for the team to price and close. A technical role that drives sales with a clear route into commercial sales or full estimating.

Requirements:

• Commercial or low-slope roofing experience from a hands-on background (foreman service technician superintendent project manager or estimator)
• Confident getting on a ladder to access roofs diagnose issues and complete minor repairs on site
• Working knowledge of low-slope systems including TPO PVC EPDM coatings and commercial metal
• Strong technology skills across measurements takeoffs CRM and proposal software
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
