What You Will Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage top technical talent using various platforms including Slack to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with the People & Talent team to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to track recruitment performance and make informed decisions.
- Foster relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 25 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in the AI or Devtools sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles through innovative sourcing techniques.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to engage with technical candidates effectively.
- Experience using Slack as a communication tool in the recruiting process.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and enterprise data solutions.
- Experience in a startup environment adapting quickly to changing needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
