Recruiter

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join their team in Goshen IN. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships connecting with candidates and helping a growing transportation company attract and retain top driving talent.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting hiring goals is a top priority.

Job Duties:

• Recruit CDL and Non-CDL drivers through job boards social media referrals and recruiting events
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates
• Follow up with applicants and maintain recruiting activity within the ATS
• Partner with management to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals
• Promote the company professionally and maintain positive candidate relationships

This is a great fit for someone with previous recruiting or sales experience who enjoys working with people and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Experience recruiting drivers or working within the transportation industry is highly preferred but candidates with strong communication skills and a proven ability to recruit and build relationships are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting or sales experience preferred
• Transportation or driver recruiting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
